NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S., to the customers of Central Weld County Water District and all other interested persons that the Board of Directors of the District may consider an increased rate for the Surcharges, Monthly Detailed Rate Schedule, and Tap Fees for all customers and municipalities subject to District Rules and Regulations. The District reserves the right at any time to change the rates and fees of the District as allowed by law through a public rate hearing.  This will be reviewed and action taken at the open public hearing meeting July 16, 2026 at 1:30 p.m in the office at 2235 2nd Avenue; Greeley, CO 80631.
