Central Weld County Water District is looking for a Full-Time Administrative Assistant who specializes in Accounting.
Qualifications:

Accounting degree or 5 years equivalent experience

Knowledge of core computer programs and aptitude for working with new systems and software.

Strong math skills and all functions related to accounting duties.

Detail oriented with good communications skills.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Team player with a customer service mindset

Understanding of basic accounting principles and proficiency with accounting software.

Knowledge of word processing, desktop publishing, and spreadsheet applications.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, ethics, and methods.

Ability to maintain effective working relationships with other staff, customers, and service providers.

Must work well under pressure and be able to meet deadlines.

High phone volume, must be personable and able to handle customer complaints professionally.
Other:
Must be 21 years of age. Must be a U.S. citizen and have reliable transportation.

Salary:
$60,000 - $80,000 (depending on experience) salary, paid once a month, plus paid time off, health/dental/vision insurance, and a retirement package effective after 90-day probation period if qualifications are met.
