Tap Fees

This is a guide showing the MINIMUM amount charged for a District tap.  Every parcel is unique and requires an individual study for an exact cost to be provided.  The study process requires a MINIMUM of thirty (30) days to be completed once the study fee is paid.  New rates apply if study has been completed or commitment letter has expired.
