NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR CENTRAL WELD COUNTY WATER DISTRICT:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S., to the customers of Central Weld County Water District and all other interested persons that the Board of Directors of the District shall consider rate changes for Administrative & Study Fee Charges and Fee and Rate Schedule Charges for all customers and municipalities subject to the District’s Rules and Regulations.
The District reserves the right at any time to change the rates and fees of the District as allowed by law through a public rate hearing.
This will be reviewed and action taken at an open public hearing at the regular meeting on July 20, 2023 at 1:30p.m in the office at
2235 2nd Avenue; Greeley, CO 80631.

The District reserves the right at any time to change the rates and fees of the District as allowed by law through a public rate hearing.
