    Please Note: It takes three (3) days for online payments to be posted to your account.


    If you encounter problems trying to pay your bill online, please pay on time via other means (mail, phone, or in the office), and notify us via email so that we can rectify the problem.



    Terminated Accounts: If you are paying on a terminated account, please note that although the termination charge may not appear on the payment screen immediately, it is still the responsibility of the customer to pay in full. Also, if a payment is made on a terminated account, water may not be restored the same day depending on the time the payment is received in the office from the credit card processing center.
